We will go through a series of stretches and light toning exercises designed to increase flexibility & provide a variety of health benefits.

Weekly Fitness Program

These are 15 to 25 minute workouts for you to easily incorporate into your daily routine to improve your health through exercise. Each workout is designed to be low-impact so that you can complete them whether you exercise regularly or not at all. 

Each workout focuses on a specific muscle group to stretch, tone, and strengthen. You may combine one workout from each muscle group 3 days a week (example shown below) or you can complete multiple workouts in a row: 
  • On Sun complete the tone and balance workout 1: core and legs which focuses on core strength and balancing. Balancing is especially important to include in our exercise routine to prevent falls as we get older (see highlight video below)
  • On Mon complete the stretch and tone workout 3: core and hips improving hip flexibility and combines leg and core strengthening exercises
  • On Wed complete the tone and balance workout 3: arms and core which focuses on arm strength and balancing components improving hip flexibility and combines leg and core strengthening exercises
  • (optional) on Fri work to improve flexibility while improving muscle imbalances by trying flexibility improvement workout 1

*side note: You will notice that core strengthening exercises are frequently included in these workout videos because of its importance to overall health and exercise technique.

Welcome Message!

Follow along at home with unlimited access to each workout after purchasing that course. 

Growing up I was a rhythmic gymnast with classical ballet training spending four to eight hours a day at the gym. I didn’t use weights or the typical equipment found at a recreational gym, instead I trained in plyometrics through a variety of leaps and jumps, gained strength from arm and leg lifts and balances, and toned those muscles almost impossible to exercise through the manipulation of apparatus (ropes, hoops, balls, etc.). After gymnastics I was a cheerleader in high school and on my college dance team and since then I have taken yoga, belly dancing, salsa, martial arts, and a variety of other exercise classes. However, over time I stopped exercising frequently and spent most of my time sitting or driving. Eventually, I lost the ability to do things I used to take for granted.
 
I am inviting you to join me on my journey to get back into shape and re-learn how to do many fun physical activities that have positive health benefits. I find these exercises to be fun and impactful without the need of expensive equipment. I recommend you start with the earliest videos, at number 1, and join me through my progression to get in shape as I post newer videos. As with everything, consistency is key and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us!
