Tone and Balance Workout 3: Arms and Core

Whenever I notice my arms losing their muscle tone I immediately go to elbow planks and arm balances. Elbow planks and arm balances use the weight of your body as you push off the ground to strengthen and tone. Additionally this workout includes core strengthening and balancing components. As we get older it is healthy to work on balancing so as to potentially reduce the risks of damaging falls (like down the stairs).

Follow along with this 15 minute tone and balance series! You may replace the headstand pose with an elbow plank to get similar results toning your arms naturally without weights.
